Independent coach

Your program stays yours. It becomes executable.

You already write your programs in PDF or a spreadsheet. You don't change tools: your athlete uploads your document, the AI turns it into sessions, and you get back what they actually lifted: loads, missed sets, volume, attendance.

Sign up straight from your browser, on the coach workspace. Your coach seat is free, you only pay for your active clients, and you can create your referral code before you have your first one.

The real problem with remote coaching

You write it down to the detail. What comes back is “went fine”.

Your PDF is well written. It's badly executed.

A superset becomes two separate sets, a drop set becomes a normal one, a tempo is ignored. The program you designed is not the program that gets done.

You don't know what was actually lifted.

Screenshots of notes, a voice message, “it went fine”. You reconstruct the week instead of correcting it, then write the next one blind.

Your time goes into chasing people.

Repeating last week's load, resending the video, asking again whether the session was even done. That isn't coaching any more, it's admin.

Three steps, not a new job

You don't change tools

1You send what you already write

Your PDF, your spreadsheet, your videos

No imposed format, no re-entry in an editor. You write the way you're used to writing: in shorthand, with your own conventions. The demo links you put in are picked up with the rest.

Program screen: the full week, day by day, exactly as the coach built it.

2Your athlete imports it with your code

The AI structures it, they review it, you're linked

Days, exercises, sets, reps, rest and 33 recognised intensification blocks. Your referral code takes their trial to 30 days and assigns their follow-up to you.

Your generated sessions screen: four sessions read by the AI with the techniques it detected.

3You read the real sessions

Not a stated intention, a log

Actual loads, missed sets, volume per muscle group, time held on isometrics, attendance over four weeks. You see the gap between planned and performed before the next session.

Progress tab: weekly volume, body weight, personal records and attendance.

What you read after the session

The gap between what you planned and what they did

It's the only piece of information that changes your next session. It's there without your athlete having to write you a report, and without you having to ask.

Readout from one client. You can see they held the superset and gave out on the drop set: the information their “that was hard” message never gave you.

Your referral code

A code that assigns you the follow-up and nearly doubles their trial

Your athlete enters your code: their trial goes from 14 to 30 days and their account is linked to you. If they count among your active clients, their access is included in your subscription: they pay nothing. Otherwise they subscribe in the app themselves, and you still follow them: your seat stays free.

Your videos

Your execution, not the first video of a stranger

The demo links contained in your document are extracted and attached to the right exercise. Your client opens your video from the set they're on, with your cues, not a variation found elsewhere that contradicts what you taught them.

Match the videos screen: 21 of 24 videos extracted from the document.

What it costs

We count clients, never coaches

Your seat is free on every tier. An active client is a client tracked over a rolling 30 days: one who stops costs you nothing the following month.

or €279 a year

Same features, more client seats

The tier follows your real activity. You move between tiers with no paperwork, based on the number of clients tracked in the last 30 days.

Beyond that, or in a facility

Questions we get

Do I have to rewrite my programs in an editor?

No. You send the PDF or spreadsheet you already produce. That's the whole point: Sport Habits digitises your program instead of replacing it. An editor exists if you'd rather build directly in the app, but nothing forces you to.

Do my athletes have to pay?

If they count among your active clients, no: their access is included in your subscription. If they come on their own, they take the athlete subscription in the app, and your code takes their trial from 14 to 30 days. Either way, your coach seat is free.

What exactly is an active client?

A client tracked over the last rolling 30 days. One who stops leaves the count the following month: you don't pay for dormant files.

What about the intensification techniques I use?

33 blocks are recognised at import and run as written during the session: supersets, trisets, drop sets, rest-pause, clusters, pyramids, tempos, isometrics, unilateral work, slow eccentrics, long sets, up to powerlifting schemes.

Who owns my athletes' data?

They do. Programs, history, loads and weigh-ins live on their phone; they grant you access to their log and can revoke it. No ads, no trackers, no data resale.
