Your coach's program, read by AI

Your coach's PDF becomes your sessions.

You upload their document. The extraction pulls out the days, the exercises, the sets, the rest times, the supersets and the drop sets, including the demo videos they put in it. You review, you confirm, you train.

From document to first set

Three steps, once and for all

1Setup

You upload your coach's document

PDF or Excel, up to 20 MB. The nutrition plan goes in the same place, if there is one. Nothing to retype, nothing to reformat.

Import your program screen, with the drop zone for a PDF or Excel file.

2Review

The AI returns sessions, you review them

Days, exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and the techniques spotted along the way: supersets, drop sets, tempos. You correct whatever you want before confirming.

Your generated sessions screen: four sessions and their techniques.

3Videos

Your coach's videos, not a stranger's

The extraction picks up the demo links contained in the document. Whatever is missing, you add in one go, and you never come back to it.

Match the videos screen: 21 of 24 videos extracted from the PDF.

The log

Your log asks you nothing. It records what the program called for.

Most training logs are blank pages: it's up to you to decide what to write. Here, every line exists because your coach planned it. You confirm a set, it's written down. Volume, records and attendance are all derived: you never enter the same thing twice.

Session summary: anatomical map of the muscles worked, volume per group, duration, records broken.
Progress tab: weekly volume, body weight, personal records, attendance.

During the session

The program is executed, not approximated

A superset runs its two movements back to back. A drop set steps down weight by weight. A tempo stays on screen to the end. What your coach wrote is what the app makes you do.

Full-screen rest timer, lime ring, one minute thirty remaining.
Superset in progress: both back-to-back exercises shown within the same set.

A timer that doesn't cut your music

Rest starts the moment you confirm a set. The cue plays over your track, without pausing it or turning it down. Phone stays in your pocket: you listen for the cue, you go again.

Time under tension, logged for you

On a plank, an isometric hold, a paused tempo: you start, you hold, you release. The time goes straight into your log, on the right set. Nothing to note down, no other stopwatch to open.

33 blocks run exactly as written

Supersets, trisets, drop sets, rest-pause, clusters, pyramids, long sets, unilateral work, slow eccentrics. The screen knows the mechanics of each block and runs it for you, powerlifting schemes included.

Your coach's demo, on the exact set

The movement you don't know opens from the set you're on, with the video your coach put in their document. Their execution, their cues, not the first video of a stranger.

You're not on your own

Your coach reads what you actually lifted

You give your coach access to your log

One code, and they see your confirmed sessions: real loads, missed sets, volume, attendance. They adjust next week on facts, not on what you remember telling them. You can revoke that access whenever you want.

  • Otherwise their code takes your trial from 14 to 30 days
  • If they hold a coach subscription, your access is included in theirs
  • No coach? Guided mode still runs the session for you

And your gym's challenges, if it's a partner

Partner gyms publish challenges to their members: collective volume, day streaks, records of the week. Your real history takes part on its own, with nothing to declare.

Challenges tab: level, experience points, active challenges and badges to unlock.

The founding offer

Your gym isn't a partner? Introduce it, and the app is yours for life.

You put us in touch with your gym. If the partnership is signed, your subscription is free for life: not a year, not a discount. For life. A gym coming on board means dozens of members properly coached: the trade is very much in our favour.

How it works

  1. 1You give us the name of your gym and a contact there.
  2. 2We reach out. You have nothing else to do.
  3. 3Partnership signed: your account goes lifetime, and your sessions count towards your gym's challenges.
