Terms of Sale
Last updated: August 15, 2026. Subscriptions to the Sport Habits application.
This is a convenience translation. The French version is the binding one: in case of any discrepancy between the two, the French text prevails.
1. Seller
Subscriptions are sold by BULDEE, SARL, SIREN 831 707 443, VAT FR71831707443, registered office 333 rue des Marines, 84120 Pertuis, France. Contact: legal@sporthabits.app.
2. Offers and prices
Sport Habits offers a free trial, then a Pro subscription:
- Trial: 14 days free, no commitment.
- Pro yearly: 59 EUR including tax per year.
- Pro monthly: 9.99 EUR including tax per month.
Prices are stated inclusive of all taxes. If prices change, current subscribers keep theirs for as long as their subscription stays active.
Offers for independent coaches and for gyms are covered by a separate contract, drawn up after discussion with the team.
3. Billing and renewal
Purchases are made and billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, under the terms of the platform used. The subscription renews automatically: it rolls over at the end of the period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before that period ends. The renewal is charged by the platform.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; Pro access stays available until then.
5. Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately. By starting the trial or the subscription, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for the part already performed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple's App Store or by Google Play under their respective policies. For any question, write to us at contact@sporthabits.app.
7. Customer service and disputes
Customer service is reachable by e-mail. These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with applicable regulations, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
