Terms of Use

1. Publisher

The Sport Habits application is published by BULDEE, a French limited liability company (SARL) registered under SIREN 831 707 443, VAT FR71831707443, registered office 333 rue des Marines, 84120 Pertuis, France. Contact: legal@sporthabits.app.

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Sport Habits mobile application, which lets you import a training program and a nutrition plan, and follow your sessions and your progress. Any use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Account

Use requires creating an account, with an e-mail address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

  • import unlawful content, or content you do not hold the rights to,
  • attempt to circumvent security measures or usage limits,
  • use the application for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

The content you import remains your responsibility. Sport Habits structures that content but does not provide personalised medical or nutritional advice: consult a healthcare professional before starting a program.

5. Intellectual property

The application, its trademark, its design and its code remain the exclusive property of BULDEE. The content you import remains yours, or your coach's.

6. Availability and liability

The application is provided as is. BULDEE takes reasonable measures to keep it working but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. BULDEE cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application.

7. Personal data

Your training record is stored on your phone and on our servers, and imported documents are deleted after analysis. What the application and its servers process is described in the privacy policy. What this website processes is described in the legal notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time. Subscriptions are covered by the terms of sale.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
