3. Account
Use requires creating an account, with an e-mail address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake not to:
- import unlawful content, or content you do not hold the rights to,
- attempt to circumvent security measures or usage limits,
- use the application for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
The content you import remains your responsibility. Sport Habits structures that content but does not provide personalised medical or nutritional advice: consult a healthcare professional before starting a program.

8. Termination
You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time. Subscriptions are covered by the terms of sale.
9. Governing law
